Xingji Electrical Apparatus CO., LTD.

Established in 1989, Xingji Electric Co., Ltd. is an enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and sales of high, medium and low voltage electrical components and electrical switchgear accessories. With more than 10 series and 300 kinds of products, we have 145 national patents, including 22 invention patents. The products are exported to 12 counties and cities overseas. The enterprise has fully implemented ERP software system management and has been the first in the industry to obtain ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The company has established strategic cooperation with multinational companies such as ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Eaton and Mitsubishi Well, which are among the top 500 companies in the world.

Processing Workshop

The adoption of Automatic line of fixed plate,1000-ton hydraulic equipment, automatic welding equipment, and other automation equipment and technology application has ensured the high consistency and reliability in the appearance, quality, and performance of Xingji products.

Advanced Manufacturing Equipments

To meet with the diversified market demand, we have introduced a variety of CNC equipment with high processing precision and advanced manufacturing technology, including TRUMPF Trupunch 1000 CNC punching machine from Germany,VM-40SA vertical machining center,HM503H horizontal machining center,C3015 laser cutting machine, and a number of automatic welding machine.

Xingji has great manufacturing capability.We are proficient in various types of manufacturing process, such as casting , bending , stamping , extrusion , machining , casting , assembling , thermosetting , etc.So we are able to provide a wide range of products and service.

Electric Plating Equipments

With a processing center for punching ,compression, injection, metalworking and electrical welding of processing center as well as an electroplating center, we are able to provide material and finished product assembly line and mass production.

Automatic production line

We have automatic productions and assembly lines and are able to independently design and produce supporting facilities for certain electrical appliances. With the increasingly improved processing technology, we have won high reputation in the industry.
