PRODUCT OVERVIEW
SPB II type indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is a power distribution equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz, with a three-position isolation switch. It is mainly used to break and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current in the power system. And, it can be used as the main switch element of XGN-12 circuit breaker scheme ring network cabinet, which is used for protection and control in the distribution system, and is mainly used in the distribution ring network system of residential areas, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, etc.

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
The product is mainly composed of circuit breaker pole, three-position isolation switch, base support, dynamic seal, operating mechanism and so on, and the structure and dimensions as shown in the figure The circuit breaker is equipped with SPD20 spring operating mechanism, and three-position isolation switch is equipped with SPE20 manual operation mechanism, providing thorough interlocking system to ensure that products can run normally.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1.Circuit breaker adopts APG solid sealed pole structure, vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber adopts tube type with larger market share. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high insulation performance, steady disconnection performance and low price.
2.Circuit breaker a column of partial discharge is less than 3 PCS, the machine is not more than 5 PCS.
3.The circuit breaker is mainly used for bus side isolating switch, it not only can be connected with the side expansion casing or the top expansion casing, but also connected with the top expansion casing and expansion form flexibly.
4.The circuit breaker has a high degree of modularization, and vacuum circuit breaker and three-position isolation switch are mounted on a base bracket, it lays a foundation for the selection of ring network cabinet breaking components, convenient installation, high assembly efficiency.

OPERATION SWITCH
When operating under load, the product should comply with the relevant national or industrial safety regulations. Illegal operations are strictly prohibited. Before the operation, it should be trained by professionals.
1.Circuit breakers Energy storage operation
In order to complete the closing operation, the energy storage operation should be completed first. SPD20 spring operating mechanism with manual and electric energy storage. During manual operation, the energy storage handle is first inserted into the manual energy storage position of the mechanism to carry out manual energy storage. When the energy storage is in place, the energy storage handle idles to complete the manual energy storage. When electric energy storage is carried out, the corresponding power supply is connected to the energy storage motor, and the motor completes energy storage. When the energy storage is completed, the power supply is cut off through the travel switch and the motor stops working. Between manual energy storage and electric energy storage, there is an electric chain to ensure that the motor is not allowed to run when the manual operation is carried out, so as to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
2.Circuit breaker closing operation
When the operating mechanism completes the energy storage operation, the closing operation can be carried out. The closing operation can be completed either manually or through the closing trip electromagnet.
3.Reclosing operation
When the circuit breaker in the closing state, at this point if the complete energy storage operation, the circuit breaker in the closing has energy storage state. Through the reclosing relay, the reclosing operation can be completed. The reclosing operation can play a protective function and minimize the power outage caused by temporary faults.
4.Circuit breaker closing operation
When the circuit breaker is in the closing state, the opening operation can be carried out. The opening operation can be operated manually or electrically. When the opening button is pressed and the electromagnet is connected to the power supply, the opening operation can be completed. And when the line is in short circuit conditions, the protection CT sends out the overcurrent signal, through the protection device output opening command and complete the protection opening.
5.Isolating switch closing and opening operation
When the circuit breaker is in the opening state and only the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the isolation can be operated by opening and closing. Insert the operating handle of the isolation switch into the corresponding hole of the operating mechanism to complete the switching operation of the isolation switch.
