Adapted to SPBII solid type SF6 free (referred to as SF6 Free Mechanism) applied to 12kV-630A series of products.

The SF6 Free Mechanism adopts  upper isolation three-position mechanism and lower circuit breaker mechanism mode, which has the characteristics of excellent performance, long life and easy installation and use.

Circuit breaker operating part with reclosing function, rated operating voltage: DC220V，110V, output angle: about 22°, mechanical life: 12000 times.

The isolated operating part of SF6 Free Mechanism is controlled by spring operating. The working position is three positions: closing, opening and earthing, closing angle: 62°, earthing angle: 52°, closing life: 5000 times, earthing life 3000: times.

3. Relative humidity: The average daily relative humidity of temperature is not more than 95%, the monthly relative humidity is less than 90%.

5. Installation far from obvious pollution by corrosive, combustible gases, water vapor, etc. or intense shaking.

1.Transportation: the whole mechanism must be packed into a closed packing box to be fixed. Do not turn over or tilt during transportation, and take seismic measures.

2.Acceptance: the user should proceed as follows:

-Check whether the packaging is damaged.

-According to products parking list to check whether documents, accessories, and spare parts are complete.

-Check whether the technical parameters and product qualification certificate on the switch nameplate meet the order requirements. 

3.Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, moisture-proof, shockproof and anti-harmful gas attack room, and long-term storage should regularly check whether the environment meets the requirements. Packing, unpacking and storage should be in a dry room, and check the completeness and conformity of products and components.

1. After unpacking, check whether the switch is cracked or intact, the product nameplate and product certificate are consistent with the purchase order, the packing list conforms to the material.

2. Before installing the switch, carefully check whether the rated voltage and rated current of each operating component are consistent with the actual situatio. And the mechanism has the opening and closing mode of operation to check whether the indicators are correct.

4. Operators should have a preliminary understanding of the mechanism performance, installation, adjustment, and maintenance, and the problems in operation should be recorded, and the manufacturer can be notified if necessary.
