XGN□-12 environment-friendly metal-enclosed switchgear (ring cabinet) is an expandable solid-insulated metal-enclosed ring cabinet unit, applicable to secondary distribution network with rated voltage of 12kV and frequency of 50/60Hz.XGN□-12 ring-network switchgear is a new type of metal-enclosed environment-friendly power distribution equipment, which integrates three technologies, i.e. fixed sealing pole, insulated busbar and combined unit miniaturization, with epoxy resin, silicon rubber and atmospheric dry air as insulating medium and vacuum arc extinguishing.Compared with SF6 and other gas-insulated/arc-extinguishing products, XGN□-12 switchgear (ring network cabinet unit) does not discharge any toxic substances, has no air leakage and high-temperature explosion problems, has no low temperature/high altitude and air leakage affecting insulation, does not have condensation produced in humid water mist environment affecting insulation, has high insulation performance, is safer and more environmentally friendly, has strong environmental application, ensures reliable operation and realizes maintenance-free; flexible extended busbar is adopted to realize any combination, achieves full modularization, full insulation, full screen and full grounding.It has passed a full set of national-level type tests and has passed the type tests of 5000m high altitude and low temperature -40°C, ensuring high reliability and safety.

Technical

XGN□-12/T630-20 high-voltage AC environment-friendly intelligent pole-type solid insulation ring cabinet technology and process advantages;

  1. Switch body; solid-sealed pole module structure; three-phase switch (disconnector/earth switch and circuit breaker) with independent solid-sealed pole combination, improving the mechanical strength and stability of switch body.
  2. Main switch: it is switched off by vacuum arc extinguishing mode, which fully meets the switching function of breaker for 20-30 times.
  3. Earthing switch: the earthing switch shall be closed by vacuum arc-extinguishing method to fully meet the functions of earthing switch for 3-5 times and above.
  4. The surface of the insulation layer is fully grounded and fully closed; the surface treatment of the epoxy resin insulation layer according to the requirements of the national grid completely meets the long-term and reliable grounding function required by the national grid.
  5. Partial discharge of the whole cabinet: after the insulation layer surface is fully grounded and fully closed, the partial discharge is less than 10Pc, which is fully satisfied DL/T1586-2016 Power Industry Standard for Solid Insulated Switchgear.
  6. Cabinet size: cabinet height:1700X cabinet depth:900X cabinet width:420.
  7. All mechanical parts of operating mechanism and switch transmission spindle shall be subject to special process surface treatment and salt spray test. 400 Hours and above.

Application area  

Low temperature and cold area: no SF6 gas application, no need to consider the low temperature operation of SF6 gas, it can operate normally at -45C.

Plateau area: there is no need to consider the influence of plateau atmospheric pressure on the insulation performance in the area of strong sandstorm: the safety protection grade of solid insulation ring main body is IP67, and the control circuit room adopts special treatment to ensure long-term operation in the area of strong sandstorm.

Wet coastal areas: epoxy sealing, moisture resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, ensure long-term use in coastal areas.

Areas with high environmental protection requirements: SF6 gas has attracted great attention for its impact on atmospheric warming, and the solid ring main cabinet has eliminated SF6 gas, so as to avoid any pollution and damage to the environment and people. In the smart grid, the main switch and disconnector can be electrically operated, and the smart controller developed by our company can be selected to control, measure and communicate the switching equipment and substation site, which can not only perform decentralized control, but also facilitate centralized control.
